This service is for clients that need to maintain their ducts clean and free of dust. 

This is usually a yearly service and is recommended to do after a deep cleaning.

Using a negative air pressure machine (vacuum), along with a 25 ft. cable connected to a drill and different size brushes are used to clean the inside of the duct and remove all dirt and impurities. All returns and supply vents are included. 

This service is for ducts;

• Have not had a deep cleaning  in at least 3 years

• First-time owners

• Remodeled homes

Includes everything in the deep cleaning service in addition to:

​

• Standard furnace cleaning

• Sanitation treatment -eliminate bacteria and prevent mold

• Dryer vent cleaning

Using an Air compressor and a vacuum we clean all of the visible components inside the furnace.

We also brush the lower part of the furnace where the blower motor is located.

Blower motor cleaning is not included.

This service includes the removal of the blower motor from the furnace.

Using an air compressor, vacuum, and brushes we remove all accumulation of dust, hair, grease, and pet dander.​

In this service, we use a Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner along with a 25 ft. cable connected to a drill and different size brushes to clean the dryer duct.

We recommend this service be performed once a year to prevent fire hazards.

This service includes the total removal of a bird's nest, dirt, and dust that creates a blockage inside the dryer vent.

This service can be an add-on.

This service includes the removal of the cover/grill and cleaning of the exhaust fan. 

We use a Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner and different size brushes.
